Writing Weather
With our growing interest in weather, today we talked about how to write the word weather. There were copies of the word "weather" placed on the table. The children began copying the word. Some children needed help writing the word, so we still went along letter by letter as a whole group as well.
When writing the word, we talked about different types of weather that we know of. Our list included:
Stormy weather
Sunny weather
Hot weather
Tornadoes
Cold weather
Snow
and Rain
