Today we worked with Rabbi Schusterman and made our own matzah! We talked about how we mix flour and water together and then we work fast with the dough. Rabbi Schusterman taught us about how at the real matzah factory, it is made in a total of 18 minutes. We also made a thank you book for Rabbi Schusterman for teaching us how to make matzah!
