"The Three Little Pigs"

To go along with our building study, we read the story "The Three Little Pigs." Children were excited, laughing, and even talking along with the story as we read through it!

After reading the story during morning meeting, we took time to put the events of the story in order during a conversation about the story. After that, children drew pictures of something they thought was important in the story.

TP - "I made the pot."

EK - "The wolf and the three little pigs and the mommy."

BS - "I made the chimney and the pig."

RM - "I made the wolf."

SB - "I made the three little pigs and the wolf and the mom and the pot."

BM - "I made the three little pigs."

LV - "I made the brick house with the chimney."

WC - "I drew the wolf."

LO - "A wolf and a piggie."

EB - "There's grass and the stick house."
