Apple Tasting

Rosh Hashanah is a time to wish each other a sweet, happy new year. Today we tasted apples and documented which one was our favorite. The children and teachers also talked about what apples taste like during this time. Children tasted both red and green apples and we talked about the flavors of each one. We talked about apples being crunchy, sour, sweet and juicy. After charting our apples, we counted how many people liked each of the apples and put the number in the box at the bottom of the chart.
