Over a two-day period, we made challah with Mrs. Georgia. We first worked as a class to prepare the dough! We added the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast with water and mixed it all together. The next day, we met Mrs. Georgia in the cafeteria to shape our challah and add special toppings like raisins and chocolate chips.
